After several wonderful years,
Treasures Of The Web has made the decision to close. This was a very hard
decision as Treasures is near and dear to my heart. We have made so many
friends along the way .... we have learned to love so many of you ..... and we
have also (good-naturedly, of course) ..... bumped heads with some of you
too.
I would never, ever want
Treasures Of The Web to be anything less than the very best and due to my job,
there is just no way I can make that happen. I'm traveling 4-5 days a
week, many weeks working 60+ hours and when I come home, the last thing I can do
to my family is spend my free time on my computer. It just wouldn't be
fair to them, nor to you.
The Winners listings will
remain posted indefinitely, as will the TOTW Certified Evaluators Area, the
award listings, Read The Creed and the Family Safe area. I will not be
taking new listings, but will keep current the ones that are posted.
Maybe someday if my job changes
.... who knows ... I may be back. Until then ... keep doing what you're
doing to make the web and the AP world .... the best you can be! I love
